Feeling good while staying at home
Home may be where the heart is but, if you’ve been trapped within the same four walls for the past three months, it might also be the place where you end up losing your mind.
It’s all too easy to lose touch with your gratitude and then turn against your space when you’re (unsurprisingly) feeling a little sick to death of it.
